The first thing you will do when you start a course is fill in a form that asks you for your personal details and a few questions about your background and what you are trying to achieve. You only have to do this the first time you start training. Then you will be presented with a TUTORIAL on how to use the training navigation tools, how to use the audio and video controls and so on. Then you start the training and work at your own pace.
