How to complete your ACMA Cabling Registration Application.

Applicants must complete the necessary theory modules as instructed by the tutor/assessor.

Theory

Experienced Cabler Pathway
Electricians Pathway
In-experienced Cabler Pathway
Recognition of Prior Learning/Competency Pathway

Practical

Cablers must complete a one day hands on course or
Be assessed as having the necessary hands on competency (RPL/RCC) and
Prove a minimum of 600 hours cabling experience (Open) or 400 hours cabling experience (Restricted), this is proven by signing a statutory declaration which is part of the Registrar's Application form.

Applicants need to download an ACMA Registrar Application form from one of the Registration Body's listed below.

BICSI Application forms. Building Consultants Industry
ASIAL Application forms. Security Industry Association
FPAA Application forms. Fire Industry Association
ACRS Application forms. Electrical Industry Association

Fill in the application form
Attach certified copies of your Certificate or Attainment Statement from CCC
Attach your cheque or pay by Credit Card for your registration fee (approx $80 for 3 years)
Post it all to the Registrar
